Have a Whale of a Day!

Hey sweet bloggers....it's half-term here so the kiddos are off.  I am at work this week but my little one had her asthma clinic this morning so decided to take the day off. We grabbed some lunch at subway and we've been chillin' and watching films munching on yummies...I love being with my girls. They are off playing right now so I've been getting in some crafty time. :)

This is my "Autumn" card!  I love each season as it approaches and really look forward to the change, I'm always ready for the next one...I couldn't imagine not having any seasons, I really like them!! Please excuse my poor quality picture, a temporary roof for our extension has gone on and it's dark everywhere and pouring with rain outside!!

Sweet Cupcake & My Grafico Sale!

Hey guys...what a week I've had, I hurt my back last Thursday I don't even know how but I woke up and couldn't move...I seem to suffer from sciatica and every now and then this happens, anyway all is ok now and each day it's been getting better and now I'm fine just a little sore sometimes.  We've had builders and people around everyday doing stuff for our extension and last night we lost the electric...I was just sitting down to my desk and poof...gone!  Luckily I had already showered and had a cup of tea! It turned out to be just our house and we had to empty our fridges and freezer....then this morning a team of people got to work digging up our driveway!  Thankfully the fault was found and fixed and we now have electricity...yay! So I made a sweet card! :) Hugs x

Sweet Anniversary Card

Hi everyone, This is my second post be sure to scroll down to The Cutting Cafe Special in my earlier post.  Offer ends tonight so hurry if you want to snag a bargain!!

A friend asked if I could make her an Anniversary card and I kinda get stuck on cards like that, I'm the same with Wedding cards...anyone else know what I mean??? I think it's because it's a very special card so I don't want to disappoint!  Anyways I don't normally do this but I re-created a card I did back in March!  I hope you like it! :) Hugs x

Bunny Card

Hey guys...hope you had a super fun weekend!!  I spent mine with my girls and hubby today, it's Mother's Day here in the UK and I was spoilt....hehe!  My little girls made me beautiful cards...they did them at school and nursery...sooo sweet!  I made a little bunny card and I used my Peachy stamps for the very first time and I am in love...they are the cutest faces EVER!!!  I cannot believe it's taken me this long to purchase them!  Have a fun week! :) hugs xx

Tweet lil' love birds!

Hello everyone....starting to feel much better now.  I didn't craft at all last week being ill....I cleared my desk instead so now it's all sparkly and I'm ready to get stuck in! Hubby was working all weekend, but I decided to spend the afternoon baking whilst the girls played in the garden!  I made Bread rolls, Coconut slice, Shortbread hearts and Cheese scones...the house smelt yummy when hubby got home from work!!  When it comes to baking, I have to be in the mood....I'm an all or nothing kinda girl!!!

Cute Koala!

Hey...any plans for Valentines? My girls are going for a sleepover this coming weekend at their Nanna & Grandads so hubs and I are off for a Valentine's romantic meal....yes I can't wait, it'll be lovely! How do you like my cute Koala? I was thinking of my sweet friend Zoe Pearn when I made this card, Zoe lost her home in the recent floods in Australia, in the pictures the water was upto the roof on her house and she has lost everything. Thankfully she was able to get out in time and managed to fill her car with photos and pictures and some treasured items that cannot be replaced. Thinking of you sweetie ;) x

2010 Favourites!

Here are my favourite projects from 2010!!

We had a wonderful sweet Christmas nice and cozy with family and friends....Molly had a wonderful birthday Christmas Day although so many presents in one day is still overwhelming for her.....lots of cake was eaten, she had a skating reindeer chocolate cake courtesy of Marks and Spencer...YUM!

We have a busy few days coming up with friends and family visiting over and into the New Year....then back to school on Jan 5th!

FEELING HOT, HOT, HOT!!!

It's so hot here today....we're in for a warm weekend too! We have friends over this evening and it's one of their birthday's on Sunday so I made him this little guy!Our friend is a cancarian so I thought this cute little crab would be a fun, cute card to make. The card is a salmon pink in colour...although you can't tell in the pic for some reason! I think it needs abit of doodling or something...I may do that before I give it out!
