The Cutting Cafe Summer Fun and a Special!

Oh my goodness where have I been?  Time sure flies these days! We are having an extension to our house basically we are knocking down what's on the back of our house and building it properly and some!  The previous owners didn't do a great job so we are re-doing it!  It quite major and because we live on soft soil we have to have concrete piles too but it will be great in the end and the girls will get a playroom so it's gonna be a little crazy here until October time!

Anyway amongst all the crazyness here I managed to do a little card!

I used digital stamp set Summer Fun over at The Cutting Cafe and printed them out onto patterned and Kraft paper, then cut them all out and paper-pieced them...super fun for Summer!

Scrappymom's Terrrific Tuesday Challenge!

Hi everyone, I hope you are all having a fabulous week!  Today is Scrappymom's Terrific Tuesday Challenge....woohoo!!! The challenge is a Cricut cartridges specific challenge and will hopefully inspire you to use some of your forgotten cartridges.....so let the fun begin and come join in with us!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY SCRAPPY MOMS STAMPS!!!

Yes it's celebration time over at Scrappy Moms Stamps as they celebrate their 1st birthday! I am so very lucky and truly honoured to be part of their amazing design team, Melanie and Tammy are awesome and they design the most wonderful stamps!  This week, they are spotlighting our Design Team members over on the Scrappymom's Blog - this way you can get to know us all a little better. I have been papercrafting since 2006 but I have always been creative and I love colours, ribbons, pretty papers and stationery. As a little girl, I used to save up my pocket money and spend it all on papers and stickers in a gorgeous little stationery shop we had nearby....I remember it being like heaven in that little store, it would have been even better if they sold sweets/candy, I have a very sweet tooth! I've been married for 14 wonderful years to Tony my soul mate who I met when I was 16 and who always makes me laugh! He is very supporting of my hobby and loves what I do even if it does mean glitter everywhere! I love Disney - the happiest place on earth, I love to dance, I love retro, I love anything pink and I am very girly! I hope you enjoy my paper pretties!!! :)

Father's Day Photo Card

Hello everyone, sorry I've been MIA! I've been super busy at home this week with the little ones and house building plans/stuff...then with not being able to leave any love for anyone through blogger, I decided to have a break for a few days!  We're getting house plans etc ready for an extension on the back of our house so i've been super busy! Anyway I'm now back with a Cutting Cafe project and it's also link-up Challenge time over at Patches of Pink this week too! The Patches of Pink Design Team were asked to create a Father's Day project which is also The Cutting Cafe Design Team theme this month so I combined the two using the Huge Father's Day Circle digital stamp file from The Cutting Cafe, I printed the circle onto cardstock and cut round it with a craft knife. Here's my project I decided on a photo and love these silly shots the most! :) Hugs x
